Sample day of my detox diet
Upon rising
- 1/2 lemon squeezed into a glass of very cold water
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds in a glass of water
Breakfast
- One big glass of my recipe for the detox smoothie.
- 1000 mg of vitamin C
Snacks
- One glass of Apple juice
- One glass of very cold water
- One cup of hot vegetable broth
- celery sticks has many has you like
Lunch
- One big bowl of chunky vegetable soup made with vegetable stock and your choice of vegetables
- steamed broccoli on a cup of brown rice
- one cup of apple sauce
- One multivitamin
Snacks
- carrots and celery sticks has many has you like
- One big glass of Cold water
Dinner
- A bowl of curried lentils on quinoa
- A bowl of salad with mixed greens, red peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers and any vegetables you like in your salads, with salad dressing of garlic, lemon juice and olive oil
Before bed
- 1 tablespoon of ground flaxseeds in a glass of water
